Learn to bake a fruit galette, a French pie made without a pie plate! Chef Jenn will teach students how to make her delicious pie crust recipe, prepare the fruit and put it all together into a delicious pastry. This class will use fresh seasonal fruit, but frozen berries work well at home too. We will each bake our own four-serving galette to take home and share!
